How to buy tools and services, and how to use the AEC Forge Tools (pay-per-use AI for GC paperwork).
Buying from the marketplace
- Browse the Shop or a vendor’s store.
- Add a product or service to your cart and check out with a card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple/Google Pay, and more).
- For digital products you instantly get a download link and a license key — find them on your order confirmation and under My Account → Orders/Downloads.
Using a license key
Enter your key where the tool you bought asks for it. Licensed tools can validate against our API; if you hit an activation limit, deactivate an old machine or contact the vendor.
AEC Forge Tools (AI, pay-per-use)
- Get credits. New accounts start with a few free trial credits. Buy more on the Pricing page (Starter / Crew / Firm packs). Credits never expire.
- Open a tool. On Forge Tools, pick RFI, Submittals, G702/G703 Pay-App, Cost-Exposure, Daily Report, or Meeting Minutes.
- Run it. Fill the form or upload a CSV/XLSX (use “Try it with sample data” to see how it works), then Run. You’re charged credits only on success — failed runs are never charged.
- Download. Get your clean .docx / .xlsx deliverable. Always review AI output against your contract documents before sending.

Refunds
See our Refund & Returns Policy. Credits are charged only on successful runs and are non-refundable once purchased, as they grant immediate AI access.
